Consultation has concluded.
Southend City Council deals with initial enquiries about adult social care. We call it our front door. This is where we respond to an initial contact from a professional or member of the public who is concerned about an adult. We provide advice and guidance and make decisions about how we will act on information about the health, well being and safety of adults.
We are currently reviewing how people contact adult social care with an ambition to make your customer experience the best it can be. We are keen to know your views as a member of the public. Please complete this short questionnaire to help inform the way we deliver this service in the future.
If you wish to continue to be involved in improving this service, we would like to ask you for feedback in the future.
Please follow this project and you will receive an invitation to join in the conversation. To read about how the Council handles your data please visit our Privacy notice: Southend-on-Sea Borough Council Privacy Notice.
