(England and Wales) Regulations 2016

has applied to Southend-On-Sea City Council for a Part B Permit for a waste wood combustion activity at the above address.

The application relates to the use of exiting waste wood combustion equipment.

The application can be requested from the public register at the Council offices, or by email using environmentalhealth@southend.gov.uk

Any written comments on the application should be made to Southend-On-Sea City Council email address given above. Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done. If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.
