About
Southend City Council is leading a review of the local response to domestic abuse on behalf of the Southend Domestic Abuse Partnership Board. The aims of the work are to complete an assessment of the needs of the population to inform future decision making, including the domestic abuse strategy and the types of services that are commissioned.
When answering the survey you have the option to answer as either a member of the public or a professional. All answers are anonymous but please only answer this survey if you feel safe to do so. The questions may seem quite personal but it is important that we ask them to help organisations across Southend to understand more about the experiences of those with lived experience so they can improve responses locally.
If you feel you would like help, support or advice in relation to domestic abuse, you can contact Safe Steps, an independent domestic abuse service here: Get Help | Safe Steps
