Eagle Way & Anson Close - Project Update June 2020

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council would like to provide an update on the project around Eagle Way in Shoeburyness.

The Strategic Housing project team has undertaken architectural works and is seeking advice through a pre-application meeting with the Local Planning Authority. The planning advice will then be fed into the design process and as a result will be progress to form the plans for a full planning application latter this year.
