Summer update - Aug 2021

South Essex Homes have cleared the garages and organised the demolition works, which are due to commence week beginning 23/08/21, with a four-week duration period (which includes the boundary fence installation).

The Strategic Housing Team in conjunction with the Council’s Procurement team, are currently reviewing the Main Contractor tender submissions. Once the contract is awarded, the Main Contractor and the Strategic Housing Team, will keep all residents updated via newsletters and this page.
