Lundy Close - Planning update (Oct 22)

The Local Planning Authority have advised that the Lundy Close planning application will be going to Development Control Committee (DCC) on the 12^th October. The agenda can be found here: https://democracy.southend.gov.uk/ieListMeetings.aspx?CId=135&Year=0

In the event planning permission is secured, the Council will look to start the procurement process for a main contractor and anticipate starting on site in early 2023.
