Autism and Neurodivergence - Feedback Questionnaire

The development of an Autism and Neurodivergence partnership group and action plan - your views can help shape the future.

We are starting work now to gather feedback from those who have Autism or a Neurodivergent condition across Southend. The feedback we get from you will be important as it will help us shape both our upcoming Action Plan and Partnership work.

To do this we are using a process called ‘Working Together for Change’. The approach uses information collected from local people to shine a light on what is working well, what is not working so well and what may need to change for the future, to ensure services are tailored to people’s needs and aspirations for the future.

A key part of ‘Working Together for Change’ is about involving people living with a form of autism or neurodivergence in answering 4 questions, to tell us about the things that matter most to you in your life as a whole.

Your answers will help steer two workshop sessions, planned for July this year, that will include people with an Autism or Neurodivergence, voluntary sector organisations, Health and Council staff.

If you would like to be involved in the workshop, please indicate this at end of the questionnaire. Please note as spaces on the workshop are limited, we will only be able to invite a small sample of people, selected at random following the results of this questionnaire.

Please complete the survey here. If you have any questions about this please contact Tracey by email at TraceySchneider@Southend.gov.uk or phone 01702 215710 (please leave a message if Tracey is unavailable and she will get back to you as soon as possible).
