The National Validation requirements list applies to all planning applications in England. The Local Validation List only applies to planning applications submitted to Southend-on-Sea City Council. Applications that do not include the information set out within the local or national list relevant to the application will not be treated as a valid submission.
This consultation considers only the local validation list, as the national validation list details are set out in law.
We would like your views on the proposed changes to the Local Validation List.
The consultation is open for 4 weeks from Thursday 16th March to Friday 14th April 2023.
