Help shape the future of vaccination services in mid and south Essex

The NHS is inviting residents across mid and south Essex to share their experiences and views on adult vaccinations through a quick anonymous survey.

The survey covers COVID-19 boosters, flu, pneumococcal, RSV, and shingles vaccines, exploring both attitudes towards vaccination and the practical factors that influence people's decisions.

Data shows that mid and south Essex has historically lower vaccination uptake compared to other areas in the East of England. With some parts of Essex experiencing lower vaccination rates, particularly in Southend and Thurrock, your feedback will help create fairer, more accessible services that meet community needs

This research aims to understand the reasons behind these differences and identify ways to improve access, address concerns, and ensure services meet the needs of all local communities.

Taking just 5 minutes to complete, the survey forms part of a wider engagement programme that includes face-to-face qualitative research with community and faith groups across the region.

Your feedback is vital in helping us create vaccination services that are fair, accessible and responsive to local needs.
