Southend Business Partnership wants to ensure its diversity and inclusivity, therefore would like to do an audit of the membership to determine the makeup of the partnership and to establish how diverse it is. We would also like to establish if there is any unintended bias in the way the partnership is run that discourages membership by the BAME community.
