Transport East - Join us on our 2050 Journey

We have developed a draft regional Transport Strategy and are now inviting you to have your say by completing our public consultation.

Covering Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Southend-on-Sea and Thurrock, the ambitious strategy sets a series of priorities for better transport for everybody living, working, and learning in the region up to 2050.

The strategy, which will guide future transport investment in the East, has been developed following extensive analysis of technical evidence and talking with the public and our partners to make sure it aligns with local ambitions and needs.

Our eight-week public consultation is open until Sunday, 30 January 2022. We have not made any final decisions, and this is your chance to help us improve our draft strategy and shape the future of transport in the region.
