Welcome to Southend City Councils 0-19 Children, Young People and Family Public Health staff engagement page. where we can all get involved and help shape the 0-19 service by sharing ideas and knowledge.

The service we deliver is important to us all and we want to make it the best place it can be, but we cannot do that alone, we are all committed to ensuring clients and staff voices are heard. so affective change can happen.

On this page you can have your say in many ways, from surveys to discussion, in forums, quick polls and questions. You can share ideas, discuss important topics, provide feedback on policy, evidence based and new practice.

All key dates will be live on the engagement page so staff can see agendas for education forum, away days and important training days.
