About this survey
An event was held on 12th October 2022 to explore the findings of a draft substance misuse needs assessment. At the event attendees identified the following priorities for inclusion in the forthcoming Southend-on-Sea Substance Misuse Strategy:
Prevention (including early intervention and working with children and young people)
Drug-related deaths (seeking to reduce mortality rates locally)
Criminal justice (working with local criminal justice agencies with regard to substance misusing offenders)
Partnership working and governance (providing oversight and promoting collaboration)
Ageing population (supporting the needs of older drug and alcohol users)
Place-based working (targeting some activities at specific areas in Southend)
We want to collect views of wider stakeholders on the proposed priorities. We would appreciate it if you could spend 10 minutes completing this short survey.
