Parents Satisfaction Survey – Home to School Transport

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council would like feedback from parents and carers on the quality of the home to school transport service currently being provided. This will help us make sure there is a consistent safe and reliable transport service for your children.

We know there were multiple problems at the beginning of September with the service. But we want to understand the type of service being provided now, so we can better understand where improvements have been made, and what areas of weakness still need addressing.

We are asking you to complete this survey because our records show that you are a parent or carer of a child or young person who uses our home to school transport service. If this is not correct, please let us know and we will update our records.
