Background
Southend-on-Sea City Council is now looking to renew the car cruise PSPO for a further three years, to maintain restrictions on anti-social behaviour that may arise at these gatherings and ensure streamlined enforcement.
Proposal
Southend-on-Sea City Council is looking to renew all current PSPO's, including this car cruise PSPO to ensure the extension of the orders for a further three years, and to place all the orders on the same timeline for renewals.
