Citywide Survey – Information for Residents
We are currently running a citywide survey using a random sample of residents to gather views about life in Southend and local services.
Your feedback will help us understand how residents feel and guide future decisions and improvements across the city.
Between 28 October and 5 December 2025, some residents may receive a phone call from a trained interviewer at Enventure Research, or be approached to take part in a face-to-face interview in town.
We are working in partnership with Enventure, who are collecting responses on our behalf.
