This survey is for young people aged 16-25 who are currently in care, have left care and/or who have experienced homelessness or are currently homeless. The survey consists of multiple choice questions and some free text questions. The questions asks about where you currently live, what is important to you about where you live, what support will help you to prepare for independence, where you would like to live in the future, and finally, some brief questions about you.
Your answers will be used to help understand what sort of home and support young people with experience of care and/or homelessness need to help them move into independence so we can plan services and support in the future to make things better for you and other young people.
The survey is anonymous, so we won't know your name or who you are. All the questions are optional, so you can leave a question blank and move to the next one if you want.
