Age Friendly Survey - Communication and information & Community and Health services

This survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. The survey has a selection of statements. For each statement we would like you to rate how much you agree or disagree with the statement, related to the services being provided in Southend. The options for each statement are: Strongly disagree, Disagree, Neither agree/disagree, Agree, Strongly Agree.

This is Part Four of the survey focusing on Communication & Information, and Community & Health Services. It will be available until 31st May 2023.

In this section we want to ask you about how you receive information about what is happening in Southend, and what do you think about how older people are kept up to date with things happening in the community. For each statement, please select the face below that matches how you feel.
