How should we work together?
We want to know what you think is important when working together, so that everyone can take part in this co-production in a way that is fair to everyone involved.
But what is co-production? Co-production is where more than one group of people come together to plan and deliver something together - it is commonly carried out between professionals and non-professionals, who typically share equal power in decision-making, as co-creators. Often this is started by those who have the means to (or are required to) create a service, like Local Authorities, involving those who may have some interest in using a service, such as Citizens/Residents. In many cases they would both contribute in order to try and improve things for their communities or local area.
Essentially this is working together - which is why we want to know what you think is important, as you could take part! What you say can effect how we approach co-production in future.
We’ll gather all the ideas from this space, as well as from our conversations with other groups and forums to create a summary to share with everyone. We'll then come back to speak to people, to share what will happen next, who will be involved and how you may have shaped the future!
