Strategy questionnaire

We have come together as a group to look at: what we have achieved so far, the purpose of the group, the governance and the future. Based on that we have developed a survey. This way everyone in the group has an opportunity to share what they see the successes have been, what we would like to be doing, how we want to govern ourselves and what we would like to achieve in the future.
