SEND and Alternative Provision Strategy - Stakeholder survey
The Southend SEND Area Partnership are refreshing the SEND and Alternative Provision Strategy. The current strategy has guided our work over the last three years, and we want to ensure that the next strategy reflects the experiences, views and aspirations of those who use, deliver and support SEND services.
We know that children and young people with SEND, their families, and practitioners have valuable insights into what is working well, where challenges remain, and what should be prioritised in the future. Your feedback will help us identify our key priorities, develop meaningful outcomes, and ensure that the refreshed strategy focuses on the areas that will make the greatest difference to children and young people across Southend.
The survey should take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. We welcome feedback from parents and carers, education settings, health and care professionals, voluntary sector organisations and wider partners. There is a separate survey for children and young people.
This survey is anonymous and we do not collect any personal data or email addresses (unless you chose to give it to us in one of the questions on this survey). Please avoid including any information that may identify you or others within your responses.
Thank you for taking the time to share your views
