Southend Business Partnership wants to ensure its diversity and inclusivity, therefore would like to do an audit of those who engage directly or receive newsletters and other communications to identify the reach of the partnership and to establish how diverse it is. We would also like to identify if there is any unintended partiality in the way the partnership is run that discourages membership from within our borough’s broader community.
